What is the exchange rate?

The exchange rate is usually determined by Master/Visa card and the bank.
It’s usually interbank exchange rate.

What are the transfer charges?

  • – Adding money to your Ezipay wallet is FREE.
  • – Transfer of funds to Mobile Money wallet is 4% of the full amount.
  • – Transfer of funds to bank is 3% + GHS 8 of the full amount.

How do you go about password reset.

  • – Go to settings
  • – Click on Change password
  • – Enter current password
  • – Create New password
  • – Confirm New password

How do you go about Account Verification?

  • – OTP code will be generated by the system and sent to your phone. Enter the code on the EziPay platform and click on register.
  • – While you’re creating your EziPay account, you’ll get an email from EziPay . Open the email and click on verify email.
  • – The verification team also authenticate the national ID, Visa or MasterCard and other KYC documents provided by the customer.

What is meaning of OTP?

  • – A one-time password (OTP) is an automatically generated numeric or alphanumeric string of characters that authenticates the user for a single transaction or login session.
  • – A one-time password is a password that is usually generated by the system and sent to you to confirm your identity. It is temporary as it is valid for a short period of time and can be used only once.

  1. – Log into your EziPay app and click on Add Money.
  2. – Enter the amount
  3. – Choose Mobile Money
  4. – Select the service provider
  5. – Enter the mobile money number
  6. – Click on Add money.
  7. – Enter your EziPay password and click on confirm.
